Shipment Policy


JMH Qatar Shipping Policy

By placing an order through the JMH Qatar website (https://jmh.qa), you agree to the following shipping policies:

1. General:

Subject to product availability. In the event of inventory discrepancies, we will restock available products and contact you regarding overdue goods.

 

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase.

3. Returns:

 

3.1 Changed Mind Returns:

Changed mind returns are accepted within one day of receiving the item. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and resealable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed as credit toward future purchases, excluding shipping costs.

 

3.2 Warranty Returns:

Valid warranty claims must be made within 90 days of receipt of the item. Customers pay return shipping cost refunds in advance after successfully submitting a warranty claim. Options include refund, credit, or exchange upon confirmation.

 

 

4. Delivery Conditions:

 

4.1 Domestic Transport Time:

Domestic shipments usually take 2–7 days on the road.

 

4.2 International Transit Time:

International orders take approximately 7-22 days. Specific offers are available at checkout.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. The warehouse operates from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, with minimum delivery times.

 

4.4 Change Delivery Address:

You can change the address before shipping.

Unavailable items will be canceled, returned, and the remainder of the order will be shipped.

 

4.8 Delivery Times Exceeded:
